Staying here was a delight as it's just a short stroll from both the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and Zoo Berlin, both perfect spots for quiet reflections after a day of walking through this vibrant city. The friendly staff and satisfying breakfast.

Couldn't recommend more for a city holiday
Comfortable room, friendly staff, with the added benefit of free wi-fi for seamless connectivity, and the location being just a 5-minute walk from excellent public transport options made our stay enjoyable.

Location made exploring Berlin easy. Close to the subway and shops, perfect for city outings. Room offered good space and a huge bathroom, but no tea or coffee facilities were a letdown. Daily cleaning was thorough, but the floor could have used vacuuming since it felt dirty after showering. No laundry service available. Closest laundromat a kilometer away. Breakfast had plenty of variety, but I found the pricing steep for what's offered. It was a comfortable base, but the lack of amenities was great.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was varied and satisfying, and I loved the quiet atmosphere, ideal. Also liked that it's just a short walk to the main shopping district.
But the remote control for the TV could have been checked before our arrival. It was missing.
